14-Days Money Back Guarantee for Items in Original Condition

Our 14-days return policy gives you ample time to decide if the item you purchased meets your needs. You may return your item(s) within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of purchase for a refund of online store credit, minus the shipping charges. If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, we will deduct our standard shipping/handling fee of $7.50 from the original amount. Online store credits are good for future purchases made on the site and can be redeemed for up to one year from the date issued.

 

All returns must be in their original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), and free of damage. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be considered non-returnable and will not be accepted. Please keep in mind that you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for the return to be processed.

 

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return or exchange shipping. We can only accept items that are returned with prior authorization.

Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Items

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it is important to notify us immediately. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue and make it right for you.

 

Exchanges 

If you want to guarantee that you get what you want quickly, the best approach is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can then buy the new item separately.

 

Refunds 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, you will receive online store credit for your item(s), minus the cost of shipping, good for purchases up to one year from the date of the refund.
